If any item ordered is unavailable, seasonal, or in-store pickup only, we will contact you with our replacement suggestions.

The current worldwide supply-chain delays have affected our access to the international gourmet ingredients for our Dark Chocolate. We have a limited supply of Dark Chocolates in stock. Our luxurious Milk Chocolates will be substituted if Dark Chocolates are not available until the issue has been resolved. Your Chocolate Shipment May Need Ice Packs!
Because chocolate can be quite temperamental to ship, ice packs are required April through September for a nominal fee. Orders requiring ice packs will be shipped in an insulated shipping box and "Icebox" will be displayed with the provided shipping rate. Ice packs are also required throughout the year for warmer destinations depending on the time of the year and based upon local climate averages. This will be automatically factored into your shipping costs for your convenience.

We realize that you may want to send a gift as a surprise. However, in order to prevent delays, we recommend you notify the recipient of the shipment prior to arrival.
